We had a wonderful stay over Christmas! The room was huge and so comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, especially the porridge - it was a great way to start the day. The location was ideal, with two pubs nearby serving good food, and it was just a short and pleasant walk to the main shopping area and the river. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.
The only slight downside was that the rooms were located upstairs, which may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, it wasn't a problem for us.

The seating area in the back garden was a delightful surprise. As I sat there, sipping my morning tea, the peaceful ambiance transported me to a serene oasis, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was like having my own little slice of paradise.
Limited car parking spaces.

Best base for exploring Inverness. Good variety at breakfast. Immaculate, spotless room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The excellent location for the price, short walk to the town centre as well as Sobar restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The owner, Lorna, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The house itself was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Our room had a large comfortable bed and an excellent ensuite shower room. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The breakfast provided was excellent and had plenty of variety.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping! The host's attention to detail and constant check-ins were mind-blowing. The homemade porridge was simply delicious, a must-try! The cozy room had ample space to organize our belongings. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The house itself was spacious, airy, and always immaculately clean. The host provided excellent advice on local eateries and went the extra mile to get the freshest eggs for our poached delights. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We received warm hospitality and felt right at home. We would definitely return in the future for another fantastic visit!
